The whole idea seemed great and sold on me so decided to order and support in September 2023. Was promised May delivery which then became June and now July. I was expecting some delay but it’s not acceptable to start selling the kits on eBay and Amazon with im immediate delivery available while getting auto generated replies from customer service about safety changes to the kit etc for my benefit. I would avoid Swytch and paying upfront to fund it to be treated like this. It’s a great concept but unfortunately not delivered spoiling the whole experience. Don’t believe in refund promises as you will need to claim chargeback to get your money back.
