The battery then ceased to work and I was told that it regularly needs charging(why not put this on the case if it is critical?!) and was then told it was out of warranty, and I would need the.new style at £250, and it was likely to expect to replace them every 3 years!! The 1 star is for not bursting into flames, but for me, your product is poorly thought out with poor support, and it is unlikely I will purchase fain from you in the future.
