Air Max kit. Delivery quicker than originally quoted. Price good. Comprehensive range of options. I bought the seat post adapter kit to fit the battery behind the saddle; brilliant idea! Set-up was fiddly but straight forward but I have spent 50 years fiddling around with bikes. One bit of email advice needed and the reply was virtually instant and very helpful. Great customer service. After 6 months use I am delighted with the performance particularly on long local hills which I had given up on as only a casual/utility rider. Trips back through a hilly town with 2 panniers of heavy shopping are a breeze even with the power level set to 2! So pleased I have just bought a second battery to alleviate ‘range anxiety’ on longer hilly rides. Well done the Swytch team. Thanks fo a great product.
