Product (throttle) was fine. Plugged in to test before fitting and then found I couldnt undo the connector. Asked for help via Swytch and am still waiting (12 days later) for a response. Had to demount the battery armature to get throttle over handle bar end (cable quite short). all fixed now and a great product. Support more patchy.
