The product is outstanding . Swytch transformed my lightweight mountain bike into a long distance machine without the weight and clumsiness of other ev bikes on the market. The customer service is immediately responsive. However, the shipping and delivery times are abysmal…almost comically horrible. 11 months for one kit, 8 months waiting time for another. My friends love my Swytch but no one will order one because they don’t want to wait almost a year to buy a ev bike. How is it that I can buy parts for my historic car from London and they arrive in the USA in a week but it takes Swytch almost a year to ship kits to me?
