Reasonably easy to install. Quiet and good riding performance. Battery range is far less than advertised. I got the air max and it runs out before I complete a nine mile trip on reasonably flat terrain and medium assistance levels. Swytch have yet to respond to the form I filled in for the warranty in a couple of weeks which is surprisingly slow. Happy overall, disappointing range but nice small form factor.
