We’ve had our Swytch kits for 4 years now. The one issue we had after a couple of years was promptly resolved by the Swytch Team. We like our light weight bicycles as opposed to a heavy e-bike and were happy to be able to convert them! The peddle assist allows us to go further and a bit faster while still allowing us to get the exercise we desire.
We are very happy with our choice to go with Swytch!
