Switch Go+ was fairly easy to install if you have a one seater but on a tandem was very difficult. Customer service was very quick to reply to help but don't think they got the concept that my tandem had chain on left side where pedal sensor was designed to install. On right side, the free side of my tandem had to pedal backwards for it to work. I had to figure out myself how to install it behind the chain on the left side but seems to work good after a day and a half trying different things until it works. Just had one day to try it out so far but really helps on slight to moderate uphills. Haven't given it a good try on steep hills. Did take some effort on the one steep hill I tried but still probably a lot easier than without it.Motor cord had a long axel sticking out on front wheel so had to use electricians tape to hold plastic cap on since would not fit over nut that was too far back.I tried to up load pictures but wouldn't upload them.
