Hi, I am very satisfied with my swytch bike kit I received here in the Bay Area. My order did take some time to arrive at my home but, I was delighted when it finally came. I'm pretty happy with the overall design with the exception of the weight of the battery on the handle bars makes for some caution when the bike is on the kick stand. The bike can become unbalanced and fall over because of the weight of the battery pack. The on and off switch on the battery is a bit tricky, because the switch is located, hidden to the right side of the charging hole, and is not seen. Otherwise, the kit is excellent, lots of power to get my old self up hills with my 1999 Specialized Mountain Bike. On relatively flat roadways, I can get 14 to 16 miles on the charge, sometimes more, depending on road conditions. Can be less miles if I am climbing many hills for a longer period of time. Without the Swytch ebike kit, I would not be able to ride my beloved bike in the Sierra Foothills, where I often take my bike. I have recommended the bike kit to some of my friends and family who don't want to part with their older bikes or the high dollar expense on a new electric bike.
