The kit was delivered when expected, was well packed, and had easy-to-follow installation instructions. I cannot remember how long it took to fit, as I got it over nine months ago, but there were no problems other than having to replace my kick stand: this was bolted to the frame just behind the pedal tube, and it fouled the pedal wiring and sensor, and was replaced by one further back on the side frame. A comment about that would have been useful. The kit works well, I am very happy with it. Riding the bike with it turned off feels the same as before, and I rarely take the power above the first setting. A couple of comments: Because the motor is controlled by the pedal sensor, there is a tiny lag when starting to pedal before power kicks in. (Another bike I have access to with pedal-torque sensing avoids this, but at the cost of several thousand pounds, so I am happy with the Swytch system). With the basic kit, when I operated the back brake, the rear wheel would sometimes lock and skid, because there is a slight delay between stopping pedalling and the motor cutting out. I solved this with the after-purchase brake sensors. However when I bought the required extra wiring for this, it turned out that it was only sufficient for one of the brakes - my battery is fitted to the bottle cage position. I fitted this to the back brake which solved the problem, but haven't spent another wad on the second cables needed to complete the front brake. And of course with every battery powered device ever sold, the range you get doesn't get near the "Up to" figure, but I guess we all realise that will be the case. All in all I am very happy with the kit, and have recommended it to a few friends.
