My order sw-5217344 was locked in December of 2024 with an estimated delivery date of June 2025. It is now October 16. I have had many interactions with customer service. On September 12.2025, I was told it had been manufactured and would be dispatched. A few days later the my orders portal confirmed that it was dispatched. However, no details were given. I’m frustrated and disappointed. The continue to talk like it will be there in a few days, but the window continues to rolls in real time. If I had to do it all over again, I would not waste my time or energy with this company. I guess it might be time to cancel the order.
