We purchase the Elecgreen theme from this Template Monster, as Elecgreen does not mentioned it can not support some function of Elementor, so we can not use this theme any more. As we purchased within 14 days, we asked for a refund, but Template Monster refuse to refund with their reason is that we already downloaded the theme.
Most theme vendors on this site are small makers, ThemeMonster do not provide refund even you can not use the theme because of problems from the maker, you have to pay attention.
