Buyer beware!!! I bought the Lawsuit clothing theme from them and had issues from the start. I noticed when buying the theme, that you could pay more to have them install it. This should have been a red flag. The theme had and old and incomplete walk through. I immediately asked for a refund, within the first week. They provided a new and updated walk through, but when I un-installed and re-installed, none of the theme required plugins installed. I searched for them on the wordpress plugin store, but they were not available. So again, I asked for a refund. I was told their "compliance team" was able to install the theme correctly. All this happened in less than 30 days. It seems like Templatemonster cares more for their pocketbook than they do for their customers.
