I sent in my bag in August and received a confirmation that it was received. It has never shown up in my clean outs and I have been trying to straighten this out with them, I have contacted them at least 8 times and gotten the run around and no service. I have sent them a copy of their receipt. They keep sending the same silly responses. I will never deal with them again unless they find my bag or reimburse me for the contents. I urge you to be very cautious dealing with them.
In addition their payouts have gotten ridiculously low. Beware of them.
