I sent brand new shoes with soles that proved they had never been worn. Quality labels, suede, ankle high wedge boots. They claimed they couldn't post any of them on their site! I will be watching all the other selling sites (eBay, Poshmark, etc) to see if they end up being sold there by this group!
There is so much wrong with the way this place operates it's impossible to believe people ever use them more than once.
