I had been sending in items to sell and they were doing ok price wise but then i sent in a high end bag that was listed and then disappeared with no explanation, I wasn’t even given the option of having the bag returned, customer service is non existent, also i noticed the payout wasn’t even worth the effort since they started charging a fee, I would say you are better off selling at a garage sale, i have since deleted my accounts
