I ordered and paid for four pairs of jeans. They sent me a note saying they're shipping three pairs of jeans, as one pair of jeans is now unavailable, leading me to believe they sold the jeans to someone else.
After I questioned this practice, they said they put in a ticket to resolve this issue. I haven't received anything besides silence. Selling clothes that are unavailable is unethical.
