Awful experience..Needed to return am item ..n still waiting for a response..5 days now ..no one to speak too ..emailed them several times but nothing constructive back ..other than a sorry you're not happy email repeatedly ..so to this date I'm stuck with a large package in my living room ..all ready to go but still here ..far from happy ..will give it a few more days prior to going citizen advice .
