The worst shopping experience that you can get!
1) Order was send to wrong address and wrong people, but charged on your credit card. Package from USA to Canada, wish system show delivered by DHL, the package was delivered to wrong address with wrong name, but charged on my credit card (Confirmed with DHL). The system maybe buggy and it may steal your money if you are not careful.
2) You will never get agent support. The stupid support system will block you to talk to the agent. they will only reply you some useless message. If you are lucky to get the support finally, they will only refund your item, and you can not get the item back, just waste your time. Again you can not talk with them after.
