Very inefficient organization. My item was delivered past Christmas and was promised before. I now have no use for the item since not delivered on time. And when you try to reach them there is no contact information. Only a automated online agent with rote responses...WHERE NOTHING IS ACCOMPLISHED..This was my 1st time ordering anything from this site and it will be my LAST.
