I ordered 3 items. One package arrived with two items and waited patiently for the last item to arrive. After a week I realised that the item I was waiting for had been regrouped with the other two and actually wasn't in the package. Support played an empathic game with me that was devoid of simple customer service: I paid for an item plus delivery, didn't receive the sent item and policy will not allow for a refund. They insist on a photo of the package I received which I cannot provide. Goodbye wish.com. I will never deal with you again!
