The customer service is limited to one item only. If I need help with other item, I have to contact customer service again. That's the most ridiculous thing. My sofa covers came without instructions & look absolutely cheap. More like a dust cover.. The interactive cat toys that I ordered are stuffed toy. The information on the website is INCORRECT!
