I can easily recognize all fore mentioned cases as similar to my own. Orders placed late November 2020 never left mainland China and now all refund options are closed, and yes they told me to hold on another two weeks as well -just so refund options are missed. I must also mention that refund was not at all what I paid in the first place, but a some what smaller amount due to tax variations ...
