Merchandise is of extreme poor quality and badly ensembled. Returns are a hellish nightmare, to the point where I returned 16 pieces of clothing at my own expense. I have a tracking #, and even with that, I still can't get my refund on all articles. With much persistance, many photos, lots of explanation, I have been able to get definite refunds on only 2 items. I wouldn't use this company again, for any reason. Not worth your time, your effort, your money. Stay away from them. Customer service is a yoke. They don't have an email, nor do they have a telephone. The only way you can contact them, is through their own website. You have to start by answering questions which may not be at all related to your problem. You need a lot of time in your hands, to deal with Wish.com I would not recommend them, even to my worst enemy.⁰
