Waited a full MONTH to receive a wonderful purse then discovered they'd sent the WRONG color. Customer service is HORRIBLE unless you download the app. Had no intention of ever ordering from them again so didn't get app. They refused to answer questions thru email and their customer support chat system is a sham. The posted phone number on their website is useless, only tells you to refer to the app. Discourage anyone from buying from them.
