Wish had taken over £200 from my account with out my authorisation and with out ordering the items they charged me for. I have been writing since October and never got the issue resolved and still waiting to get my money back for over nine months. Does any one know how to get my money back. I am a pensioner and can't afford to loose the money. Please help if you know how to get my money back please advise
