So, I place my Christmas order sometime in Sept. Tracking said it was processed Oct. 1. Supposed to be delivered in a bulk shipment on Nov. 8, Nov. 15 locally so I can pick it up. Now they say maybe Nov. 23. I cantvtake that chance. I'm still waiting on items I never received from months ago. This company sells things they do not even have! You may or may never receive your complete order. I found a phone number, can't speak to anyone! Why even have it? This company is a joke and a half. Oh, and the refund.... I guess they are going to refund it here and there. Just like they send their products. I paid in Full, why can't they refund in full? Just ridiculous company. Never will I order ever again!!!
