Very disappointed with Wish’s customer service. I received a defective item (In-Ear Headset Earphone Handsfree with Mic for all Mobile Phones with 3.5mm jack). Instead of a simple resolution, I was redirected to a third-party seller who never responded. After multiple messages and no help, on the fifth day they asked me to send a photo of the cable — completely pointless. To make things worse, other orders have been delayed by months, and some have even disappeared from my order history. I’ve lost trust in this platform and will be contacting my bank for a refund. Would not recommend.
