I bought a product that never arrived, and was refused a refund based on the fact that I did not message to ask about the whereabouts of the product within 30 days of the estimated arrival date. This would be okay if not for the fact that I had received a message six days after the 'estimated arrival date' they gave me saying that the product was expected to arrive late. This is the reason that I didn't bother messaging them for a few more weeks, but when I mentioned this I was still refused a refund and simply told that the customer service team would be informed of this occurrence so it didn't happen again, which did not help my situation at all. Needless to say, I have since deleted my account and will never use this website again.
