1. Delivery takes a really long time. somethings take so long to deliver that they will not refund.
2. If something arrives defective, you have to provide a picture of the defective article and a picture of the shipping labels. Problem is they only allow one picture to be uploaded & refuse to refund without both. They will do a cumbersome work around if you have the stamina to stay with it.
3. Sizes are "guidance" only.
