I still haven't received an order I placed on Oct 5, 2018 (order # 5bb81934112f7b5e7b556de3). The deadline for delivery issued by Wish is Oct 31st 2018.. Their delivery policy states "If you're order does not arrive on time, contact us anytime before Dec 1st and we will give you a full refund". The deadline was missed. I contacted wish customer service to inform them that my order has not arrived on time, and they're not honoring their own policy. They're now telling me to wait till December!! As if waiting a month wasn't long enough! Sadly, they've lost a customer. I won't order from them again.
