I ordered a ring back in June of 2018 that you advertised for free just pay shipping, which I did. It is now November and still haven't received it. Contacted customer support numerous times and now all communication has stopped. I was asked for my order number and to this day, still don't have my ring. My tennis shoes were sure mailed out quickly, why not my ring??
