I'm not afraid to use my name. It's Karen. I ordered 4 items May of this year. I spent nearly $60.00. In June an I think it was end of july. I received 2 items an they came from china. Since May it's been 6 months no delivery. I have since October only trying to have them figure out where my merchandise is. I have gone through customer chat, service,e-mail. Bottom line they don't plan on doing anything except keep my money. They refuse to reorder for me. They refuse to find out where they are at. All they say we cannt refund. I don't want a refund just what I bought. So I hope no one ever orders from them. It isn't worth it. I will be turning them into the BBB. Sorry so long.
