We heard about wish from a friend and thought we would give them a try. Knowing they were new I used Paypal to pay for the item, figuring that might protect us... Our purchase was from a place called KaDina Fashion Jewelry, the quality was very poor and the fit was not good. The product also unbeknownst to us was shipped from China. Overall we were not happy with the product, we contacted wish, since that is the only place we could contact, for the next 3 weeks their robot customer support repeatedly asked for pictures of the item, that I provided. There is no phone # to call them!!! Finally I contacted Paypal, thinking that would help, I am an ebayer and paypal has always been there for me. Nada. My STRONG advise re Wish is run run fast do NOT do business with them ever!!!
