After I received it I decided to wash the cover after having it for 2 months. The foam insert was covered in a soft, brown, fuzzy dog hair that is not my dogs. My dog has a black, coarse, straight hair. I have attempted to call the customer service phone number listed on their website which is never answered. I emailed them with pictures and they requested more pictures which I sent. Now every time I email them I get a coded email in return.
