Same here. Bought an item that luckily wasn't expensive, and it never arrived. I'm unable to contact support because I supposedly had excessive refunds, but it was only one item that didn't work as designed and I offered to send it back. Support told me to keep it and issued a refund. Now I can't even speak with anyone about the recent order I did not receive. Will never buy from wish again
