I bought 4 items on November 6th. I’m writing this on December 27th. I had one item refunded on the 29th of Nov. due to an incorrect address on the ship label. No other items have been updated since the 26th. I tried reaching out to support to get better tracking info and they denied me saying my account was flagged due to “fraudulent abuse of refunds”. I only have asked for a refund ONCE. Beyond angry. Can’t do anything since I’m flagged. Don’t bother.
