First of all I want to say I ordered lots of items from wish.com and I've never had an issue until this experience with a cross I ordered. I ordered this silver stainless steel cross from wish and I was on the verge of losing my grandmother to cancer so I had to move after she passed into her house where we live now. So we had to move and do the whole change of address thing so the first time I ordered this Silver Cross it probably got lost in the mail which happens when you move but I explained to customer support and they offered to refund me and I chose wish cash so I ordered the same cross so now the address change which already set so the second time I don't get the cross so I let them know again and apparently it was a back-and-forth because they don't have a phone customer support option so it's all automated questions and answers so I believe they offered another refund what the problem is they don't have accurate refund dates so that's why they flagged my account because they said I had too many refunds on my account which is their fault because my items never arrived but this past weekend the cross that I ordered the second time appeared in my mailbox and when I went to wish.com to thank them and tell them that I received it I found out my account was flagged and there's no other way to contact them so I will not be ordering from them anymore I will just order on eBay even if it's from China I will order from eBay I love this site because they had lots of cheap items some of them are really good and I bought a necklace which is really still in good condition now I have a cross to go with it but I will not buy from this site anymore and I am not pleased with the experience that I had
