I have paid for several Purchases which I did not receive!!!! Each Time I would look at the Shipping Information, it would show the Packages were enroute. I was totally unaware a Refund could be requested. By then, the Refund Request Dates had expired; so I am out of hard-earned Money. Is the Site a Scam?
