I made an order 6 weeks before my party and the delivery date assured me I would have it on time. It showed up 2 weeks late. They promptly refunded me in Wish cash when I complained, which I appreciated very much.
When I used the credit to make another order, they sent the wrong item. I tried to contact customer service again and I got an automated message saying that I'm not allowed to contact a support agent because my account has received "excessive refunds". How is 1 refund considered excessive?
I'm highly unimpressed with pretty much everything about this website.
