I feel I am a great customer of wish, I have been ordering items since January 2017. In total I have ordered over 450 items (457 to be exact) and out of those I have returned items when they were broken by poor packaging or answering your questions about receiving items in a timely manner.
For instance this is an example of an order that arrived 7 weeks after it was ordered on November 15th ago and it arrived just now (Jan 4th). And again it arrived damaged with a prong broken off of the earring due to POOR packaging, it arrived in a small plastic bag. Every time you ask if I received an item I have been truthful, and I have also submitted pictures as proof of broken items when requesting refunds.
Your flagging of my account seems to imply that I am taking advantage of you, and all I have been doing is documenting broken items and answering your questions. It is really hurtful that you imply that.
