I ordered 2 Fornite sweatshirts (one black & one white), then I ordered the Fortnite jacket. Both great deals, which I thought, and I even read some reviews knowing the sweatshirt was a thinner quality. The problem I ran into was it took over a month to get my product bc it was coming from overseas (China or HK). I received the sweatshirts, no problem. A week later I received what I thought was the jacket, but it was another black sweatshirt. With the holidays, I didn't have time to submit a claim. When I did, I told them I received the wrong product. Of course I didn't have the packaging anymore, so they kept saying they shipped the right product and ticket was closed. Well, it's not. I didn't get the right product and they should not have closed the ticket. This is still not resolved and they are giving me the turnaround. I am very frustrated and upset. Customer service stinks. And as you can tell, most reviews are 1 star. I would never order from them again.
