Delivered basketball shoes that are smaller than what I asked for. Even the label on the shoes are inaccurate. Eur 43 which is equivalent to US 10 turned out to be US 8.5 instead. I have contacted customer support twice and up till now they have yet to respond. What a disappointment. Gonna delete the app.
