This has been THE WORST online purchase & customer service experience I've ever encountered, ordering online! I've become extremely frustrated as Wish and their app that stated the items I purchased, were delivered and nothing had been delivered at all, then I was unable to get thru to anyone at Wish: email, phone, nor chat. What type of company has absolutely no means of communication, but ways to take payment?? I felt so embarrassed that I had ordered from a company, with absolutely no way to get in touch with customer service 😵😱 to rectify any situations. I had no choice, after days of no communication, to contact my bank with all the information + I deactivated & removed the Wish app from my phone completely!! I WILL NEVER order from wish AGAIN!!!! This has truly been an exhausting + horrific experience, and I will not allow Wish to EVER do this to me again!!!! -The Person Who Will NEVER Order From Wish AGAIN
