I'm still having a bad experience. I have not received my order and efforts to contact customer service via their a website or phone is impossible. And worst, when I use their automated customer service chat, after querying me about my order, I get this ridiculous response " Your account has been flagged for excessive refunds. Shoppers who abuse our generous refund and return policy negatively impact the entire platform and all other shoppers. We routinely audit accounts to ensure the best shopping experience for everyone. Once your account is determined to be back in good standing, you will be able to contact customer support and / or request refunds again. In the meantime, you will still be allowed to make purchases and we look forward to continuing to serve your shopping needs." At this point, the option is to return to shopping or leave the site. Now, to get in "good standing", they want me to shop more. Are they serious? I've never been contacted or complained about until this ridiculous order. Now, no one is reachable to resolve my concern. They have some serious Customer Service issue both on the site, on Facebook, on phone, and apparently, also here based on the ratings.
