In the past i have ordered some shoes but could not get into them at all. sent a picture and soon after was issued a refund.
But at the end of january ordered some gold pyjamas for my husbands birthday. Oh they came on time but guess what! They were females. They were no good to me as to small and no way a man could possibly wear them. I was asked to send a photo of them which i did since feb 10 a refund has been processing. Now they keep asking for tracking ref which is in the account anyway. I dont think they know what their doing. As one person said via an email thank you for uploading a photo of the item.Than within 1 sentence asked me to upload a photo. I am as of yet still awaiting a refund on them. They have said they need the tracking ref to investigate if they sent the wrong item. Well i ask you what is right about female pyjamas for a male set. i thought it should not too long to sort so ordered what was indicated on the web as mens pyjama set so thought they cannot get that wrong surely.
They have arrived today but this time there is the top half no bottoms. I have now reported my complaint to the ombudsman as they just keep going around in circles.
Once I get my refunds I will no longer have anything to do with them! As far as I'm concerned they are just sheer con merchants. But am not giving in until it is resolved. i have even told them that I have now taken a step further as fed up with their attitudes.
