First I received broken item. I ordered a TV stand, which arrived with 3 broken boards.
I sent message to a Wish support, upload a pictures of broken boards and the response was in 48 hours we will contact you.... That was going on back and forth with Wish support for more than 2 weeks. I ask for refund, but in order to get a refund they told me to ship it back to the store on my own expenses. That means I bought an item for $170 and the shipping back cost $130.
This is my worst experience with shopping on line. If you think should you order something from this app, do a research first.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP FOR SHOPPING.
