I ordered a several items. Those that did arrive were cheap and broke on first wear (flip flops) the other items never came but said "delivered" in my order history. I was told I would be refunded for both items that didn't come but then they only refunded one without including the £6 shipping fee I had paid. So then I had to raise yet another ticket with support and wait 3 days for a reply. This is the most frustrating shopping experience I have ever had. I won't be using them again
