As a new customer to the Wish.com website, I was experimenting with adding items to the cart and in error clicked buy. I immediately contacted wish asking them to cancel the order and to not charge my credit card.
Three days later, wish has charged my credit card for items which i cannot use and do not want. I sent wish.com numerous emails and still no refund. Now i have go to the bank to dispute the charge they placed on my credit card. There is a contact number with a recording. The customer service is a sham, robots! The section where you send details to a robot agent constantly gives an ERROR 500 message. DO NOT SHOP AT WISH.COM
