Long story short- I requested an item to be exchanged as it didn’t fit me. I said that in the email from day one and how I didn’t sign into my account. I purchased the item as a guest therefore there is NO order history. Freaking dumbass kept telling me in the 10+ emails to sign in, click on order history and make a ticket there. WTF dude like are you reading any of my emails at all? You’re a business, get someone that clearly speaks English because this is bad for business. It’s bs how I said what I needed from the first email which could’ve been resolved easily. Just get my personal info, confirm my card and everything and get my exchange/refund processed. SAMPLE!!! Must be some stupid people answering emails over there or something. We had 10+ emails saying the same thing and yet he/she kept telling me to sign in and go to order history, like wtf. If I could give a 0 star or -00000 I would.
